ARRIVE- a retreat in the woods that bridges the gap between the noise of every day life and a slower pace of the natural world. Focusing on the act of landing, and “arriving”.

Providing a digital detox, a shift from talking to listening to the natural rhythms. Allowing you and your nervous system to come home.

ARRIVE- Most of us spend our days going to work, keeping up with the kids, going through the motions. At ARRIVE, we invite you to slow down.

This isn’t another “to-do” or demand. This is slow and intentional. It’s less about doing and more about being.

We hold space while you remember what it feels like to simply breathe.

  • Threshold Ritual: ARRIVE at the forests edge. A symbolic “Phone Basket” ceremony to begin the digital detox. Kim will welcome us in with song

  • A warm drink is provided to kick off your experience.

    The invitation is to stroll quietly   soaking  up  your surroundings. Observe, discover and immerse yourself in the forest.

  • An organic, vibrant and light lunch will be provided

  • After lunch we will gather for a Shamanic Sound Journey. This is a deeply immersive and intentional.

  • We encourage you to walk with intention out into the forest. take the time to collect, little by little, any natural elements you find attractive: leaves, flowers, pebbles, fruit, sand, and earth.

    This is an excellent time to journal and see what comes up.


  • We will gather in circle to create, share and we will end with Kim singing us out to seal in the journey.

KIM EVERETT

Kim is the owner of “Reverie Compass” in Jackson Tennessee. She is a Sound Healer and a Musical Shaman.

Her offerings include sound therapy through shamanic journeying and other alternative healing modalities, including physical hands on healing, as a channel of Source energy and as a Reiki practitioner.

She is a part of the Nuna Ayni family and spends a portion of each year in Peru in retreat to offer prayers for humanity and to work with the land.

CASEY BARBARITO

Casey is the owner of “It Starts With You” and “Authentically You Healing Studio” in Watertown NY.

Her offerings include Journaling , Flower Therapy, Sylvotherapy (a connection to the earth and the forest), Meditation, Spiritual Coaching, Reiki and other healing modalities.

She believes that nature is a counter balance to our every day lives. Helping to restore our natural balance. Regulating mind, body and soul. A reminder that we are a part of something larger and interconnected.

ARRIVE is a 5 hour immersive experience with a light lunch.
